Shipping & Payment Terms

We deliver car, van, truck and bus tires across Germany and the EU reliably and fast. Clear cut-offs, proven carriers and—depending on region—our own transport ensure on‑time delivery. Shipping costs are included (free delivery); surcharges apply only to special services.


Shipping Area

Deliveries within Germany and the EU. Island and special deliveries are possible (surcharge applies).


Lead Times & Cut‑offs

  • Parcel shipping: approx. 1–3 business days.
  • Parcel cut‑off: orders received by 15:30 are processed the same business day.
  • Freight cut‑off: orders received by 13:00 are processed the same business day.

Carriers & Modes

  • Parcel service: GLS (tracking link via email).
  • Freight forwarding: Rhenus (delivery after prior notice).
  • Own transport: depending on region and availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery: shipping costs are included.
  • Surcharges: depend on the order and delivery type (e.g., island/special delivery, oversize).

Goods Receipt & Transport Damage

Please inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Note visible damage directly on the parcel label/consignment note and notify us within 24 hours with photos: Contact.

  • SEPA Direct Debit by agreement (mandate required).
  • PayPal and card payment in the shop.

Invoicing & Cash Discount

The invoice is issued upon dispatch or service provision.


Default & Dunning

In case of overdue payments, dunning fees and default interest may apply (e.g., under § 288 BGB).
